Nikon D200 + 18-200 VR

    Hiya

    I am looking for Nikon D200 with 18-200 vr

    any info appreciated

    The lowest price i have for d200 body is 1000 euros

    Can anyone beat that ?

    P.S i dont want to buy a grey import.I want to buy this from a european serial number so i can avail the warranty.

    However the lens can be from anywhere in the world

    My D200 cost €1300-ish in Feb. If you've seen it for a grand I'd snap it up before they realise :-)

    No info on the VR lens, haven't used it, but other folk on the net rave about it.

    Like above the cheapest I've see a D200 in Europe is €1300. I got mine for just over that price in Dublin. I also my 18-200 VR from Gunns but kea-photo on ebay have them a lot cheaper.

    My advice: get on the boat, rail and sail head to the nearest town with a jessops and get it there. Just ring them before hand to make sure that they have it.

    Bought my D200 from Gunns... could get it cheaper online but Gunns is totally the best shop in Dublin to get your Nikon gear from. IMO. Friendly and really service minded.
    over a grand is still alot of money for me and I feel a little better when I know that I can go somewhere if I need a service etc. (even if they in return ship it away for service, but at least its their responsibility then)

    And the d200.. I just looove it!
