t25 reimo conversion - what does this do?

ive been working on my reimo t25 camper and theres some things i just cant figure out. like this panel: the switch on the left is the water pump, although third switch is the one labeled pumpe. does anyone know what that little screen might be for? there is also one above the sliding door. the water lights all light up…

does anyone know what that little screen might be for? there is also one above the sliding door. the water lights all light up when the pump is on, and waste water lights never light up. i assume these are meant to be for the water level. what are the two 12V sockets for? and the other two switches?
