Cross brand compatibility?

I was thinking of ordering this m203 mount.

It say's it is for the Marui aug. Would it fit a CA Aug A1? Are they similar or completely different?

pad i checked a few sites and they dont specify just TM as much as redwolf from what i can find, but u would be best to wing off an email to redwolf and ask...nothing worse then something that 'sort of' fits....

That will fit the CA AUG aswell. There are differences between the TM and CA versions but they don't effect the 203 mount.

What I am wondering is, if you get the non RIS M203 for the M4 series and use the mounting kit for the M4s on the AUG will it fit, because if it does it will look far better.

It should fit around the barrel, but I'm not so sure.

Yeah that'll work but it's not the look I'm going for. If you do it that way the M203 sits very far forward. I want the front handle off and the m203 trigger sitting just in front of the hand guard.

It's not compatible, which is unfortunate. There goes that idea.

tape makes everything compatible
strap a chair on there too, incase you get tired in the middle of a scrim.
