Emails not going through

    Hi,
    I have a user here and she has a problem where her emails are not going through to three customers. Two are from the same TLD .com.countryname but not the same domain and the other is just a .com.

    We run exchange here with a copperfasten mail firewall. I suspect thought that the problem must be happening at the other end. Am I right in suspecting this?

    What should I do about it?

    What do your mail server logs say happened to them? Were the e-mails accepted by the recipient servers, or rejected? If they were rejected, did they say why?
