    Hi

I support a lot of clients over the internet, using remote control software and use VPNs, remote management of routers and firewalls and it usually works fine.

I recently changed to imagine for phone and brodband and got my new IP address range. A client of mine is also using imagine and has IP addresses in the same range as myself.

I can contact all of my other clients but cannot contact this client who is with imagine. Is this somthing imagine are doing on their servers and can they change it. Or could there be another explaination?

    thanks in advance

    Paddyo
