Galant suspension struts and radiator

Hey, Been lookin at this one galant and had a mechanic mate look at it for me. Its had a patch job done on the radiator so needs a new one to be sure. Also around the wheels there appears to be oil coming down from the suspension not much just a hint of it. The mechanic dude said that its the struts that are damaged and…

Hey,

Been lookin at this one galant and had a mechanic mate look at it for me. Its had a patch job done on the radiator so needs a new one to be sure. Also around the wheels there appears to be oil coming down from the suspension not much just a hint of it. The mechanic dude said that its the struts that are damaged and that it would fail its NCT for this.

So this is my Q does all the above make sense to you guys and aslo how much do you reckon it would cost to get these sorted
