This one confused the bejasus out of me. Hed only played 5 hands and was 80/20 hes Flop aggression was 2.0 but obviously too few stats to be reliable and no showdowns.

After the RR preflop i was thinking a badly played AA-QQ, so i didnt want to build a big pot as i wasnt sure my Top Pair was good here i just checked to see what hed do, after he checked i knew he wasnt on AA-QQ and AK was the most likely so i bet out and he min RR me, should i just fold here??? But for the life of me i couldnt put him on a hand, could he have JJ then why would he not bet a Ten high flop??

And then he bets 20c on the river into a $10+ flop, what hand checks that Flop RR the turn and min bets the river

How do you play this???

But if hes on AK or drawing im giving him a free card to outdraw me, is it not ok to bet here so ill at least get some value if hes drawing as ive very few outs and the only one gaining an advantage would be a drawing hand here.

Or as you said am i just inflating the pot with a marginal hand OOP against a monkey that could have anything here?

It is small pot for you valor but its probably a decent sized pot for DVD at those stakes and he's got in deep.

Its a bad idea to be OOP in a 20 BB pot preflop with K10. Then theres 60 BB after the turn and you have 2nd pair. Avoid these decisions by not being there in the 1st place

What did he have in the end? I would generally agree with the advice given above, though I dont think the OOP raise is a hanging offence, its probably to be avoided.

I know being OOP isnt a great idea with KTs but i raised to $1 and he re-raised 80c to $1.80 so it was very tempting to see a flop for that cheap but ill try and get a cheap showdown in the future, thanks for the replies
