    Hey all,

Two friends and I are travelling to Thailand in late June after a few weeks in New Zealand and before 18 days in China in July. We are arriving in Bangkok on the 25th I think, a few days before the famous Full Moon Party, and leaving on July 12th. Could anyone suggest an itinerary for 17 days in Thailand (can include over the border trips to neighbouring countries too!) which would include hitting the beach for the party? All this will be after an intense 3 week bus tour of NZ so a fair amount rest and relaxation should be in order in addition to seeing the countries best sights!

Any suggestions / help gratefully appreciated :)

went for three weeks ladt yr. Here's what we did:

flew to bangkok. Styed there for 3 nights (or was it 4??). Anyway, it was good fro shopping but apart from that I wasn't a fan. Dirty city.

Flew to ko samui next (spelling probably incorrect!!). stayed there for about 5 night. i enjoyed it. there were plenty of trips etc and the beaches were lovely.

next on to kho pin ngan (again excuse spellin!!). wasn't really a fan. All the lads did was drink, we didn't do much else altho again the beach is very nice and it ws pretty cheap.

Moved onto Kho phi phi next. far quieter but very nice. Plenty of activites etc. we did a snorkelling trip round the island and i was great.

We the got a boat to the main land and a bus to th place where the bridge on the river kwai is (can't think of the name!!). That was a decent spot. We stayed in a place clled little creek. Very nice, cheap as chips and the staff were lovely.

we'd a few days left so we flew to chaing mai in the north. Must say i was sorry we didn't have more time up here. So much to do and again great markets for shopping. We went white water rafting, visited the zoo and did a bunje jump.

Must say I'd go back i the morning. Thailands a great spot.
