The power supply for my slimline PS2 fried a couple of days ago in a power surge. I thought it could be the entire console but I just tried it with a different power supply and it works grand. Anyone know how I'd go about getting a new one? I dont think i've ever seen them for sale in the shops

you might have to get a different plug on the end tho to convert it to Irish plugs... are you sure the fuse isn't just gone on the one you have now?

Nightmare to find, especially original OEM ones.

Fortunately, I do have a spare UK OEM (Sony) one, as new, suitable for slim PS2, yours for €30.

Bought it at around Easter in the UK from a specialist console repair shop, turns out I didn't need it in the end (long story short, bought used PS2 on eBay UK, power brick was DoA, and against all odds seller eventually sent me a replacement after I'd bought the spare).

    Let me know by pm.
