Useless - unless you're that concerned about the one year "warranty". I got one with 15 games and the DVD remote for 75 after christmas on eBay

Not that useless, a quick softmod then load XBMC and you have yourself a cheap media centre that will beat any cheapie dvd/divx player out there by a mile

Exactly.I mean at the minute i'm using my PS2 to stream AVI to my TV..............and let me tell you, its not that great.

Well I wouldn't be that interested in chipping it, seeing as how its much easier to soft-mod it.But I still may be interested in it depending on price, location and condition.Send me a PM of you want.

I have to agree here, just last week finally soft-modded my old xbox and loaded XBMC on it and it is absolutely fantastic.

I'm thinking of buying another one for the bedroom so thanks for the heads up OP.

maybe anyone will be interested - at Byrnes in Carlow there are XBox Games (new) for 9.99 each - including Forza Motorsport, Halo, Halo 2, Splinter Cell etc. - all new and sealed. cheaper than used ones at GameStop.

there's also XBox for 60 Euros at GemeStop in Waterford. seen it last week.
