Question about refunds with HMV?

Hey I bought Oblivion for the PS3 on the 1/05/07 and was wondering would I be fit to get a cash refund or exchange. On the back of the receipt it says:
    Returns Information

We will exchange items purchased in
error or unwanted gifts provided they
are returned within 21 days in perfect
    condition accompanied by a receipt.

All goods must include original packaging.

We are unable to accept items that have
    been previously exchanged or
    multiple returns.

Was just wondering by original packaging do they mean that it must not be opened? Has anyone else tried returning games to HMV within 21 days of purchase? I have the receipt and all manuals etc. Thanks in advance.

    WZB

If there the same as the 360 versions go for rainbow 6, cracking game, GRAW2 isn't bad, but rainbow 6 is one of the best I've played in a while. Did they give you the game in a sealed package? Usually they like pull it out of a cabinit or something and pop it in the case u bring up, as long as the disk in still in mint condition you'll have no problems, just say your gran got you a second copy for your birthday or something :D
