    Hoe do you do it?
    I alsways pick the wrong option?

    like milk, which just makes it worse, or going from salty to oranje juice is awful too,

    rich tea biscuits are ok.

    Cut an onion and run it on the soles of your feet and after a while you'll get an onion taste in your mouth (without having to eat one!). ;)

    You'll need to brush your tongue while brushing your teeth to clean it. Use a good mouthwash like Dentyl too.
