I've just a few questions to ask. My cousin (who doesn't have a computer, let alone the internet) recently purchased an '84 Reliant Rialto (similar to the Robin, it still has 3 wheels!) for a laugh. Now it's in fairly rough condition, but he plans on restoring it. It's still on UK plates, but he wants to know what is the story with the VRT? Given that it has three wheels, is it under the category of a motorbike? Also, what would the story with the NCT be with it would anyone know?
