Hi

Ive got 2 interviews coming up next week for a trainee accountant role
One is with an industry company and the other is with a accountancy practice

Both support the ICAI qualification and both are highly reputable companies and both are offering similar study packages/starting salary

Just wondering which do people generally feel is the better environment ( work level, type of work, variance of work etc) for doing training within
