I am pretty certain the N95 is compatible with (almost) all Symbian Series 60 v3 applications and games.

So I will start by recommending fring. It is a very handy Skype, MSN, SIP and GoogleTalk compatible app. Unfortunately there's no AIM support yet, but I hope it gets added in the next version. At any rate, it is very convenient for keeping in touch while away from your Mac or PC, and it works both over the WiFi connection as well as over GPRS, EDGE, UMTS or HSDPA.

Profimail, if you are buying. Far better than built in mail client.

    S-tris 2 is a good one, http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/software/item/S-Tris_2_QVGA_Screen.php
(*edit* BTW. this is about the only decent free game I have found, but I would love to be proven wrong ;) )

Also reconmend Internet Radio http://opensource.nokia.com/projects/s60internetradio/ClientPage.html (if you are on one of 3's broadband add-ons :) )

Both are free, which is nice.
