    The fourth release this year on All City is the first for musician/producer G-Frequency from Dublin. Teaming up here with Tableek who earned his bones running with the superb Maspyke trio - DJ Roddy Rod, Hanif Jamily & Tableek himself - and also with the Bukarance famalam (DJ Dream, Reef, 4Ever). Two tracks - Eggs n Cheese and No Control the 12 also features remixes of both tunes by production duo the Heralds of Change. The 12 is also the first in the All City writer’s series featuring cover art from Irish graf writers with the first from old school pioneer Jor. The 12 features laid back jazzy hip hop from G Frequency with the Heralds of Change adding their own unique take on the flip side.


    G Frequency is a Dublin DJ/musician/producer and has played alongside acts like Hexstatic, Fingathing. He has also had two tracks featured on the Ninja Tunes Solid Steel mix. On his debut 12 he teams up here with Tableek from Maspyke (ABB). Born and raised in Springfield, Massachusetts, Tableek gravitated to hip-hop at an early age. Raised on the classic hip hop of Marley Marl, Chuck Chillout he has managed to walk the fine line of staying true to the essence of hip hop without merely being a retro throwback. Rocking solo on the two tracks here – Eggs n Cheese and No Control – he also gets the remix treatment from labelmates Heralds of Change who add their unique brand of soulful stuttering electronica on the flip side.
