Speed Cameras on M50

Was driving northbound yesterday and was doin about 65-70 going through the first speed camera in the 60 zone. Didnt seem to flash though and we know those cameras are active. Do they not "see" bikes??

I havnt heard of anyone getting flashed there yet, some gimp over took me there last week just before the trap giving me only a few inchs of space, was praying that he would get done, your speedo could be out by a few k and the flash wont go off at exactly 60, I think its more like 65 before it goes.
Doesnt the flash go off no matter if there is or isnt film in it

They can see bikes alright.. at least judging by the flash I saw a couple of weeks ago when some nutter in shorts and sandles on a blade flew past me at about 70mph after the tallaght exit northbound..
