How's the Revo going for you?
Aint seen nor heard from you in ages.. Surely you have had it out in this fine weather we are having.
I am still waiting on a few vid clips to see my old pride and joy..

The 3.3 is going bad, to be honest it only lasted about a gallon. The bearings in it are leaking and its over heating so I might send it over to traxxas UK, though i am expecting a 18TM tomorrow:)
I got longer wheel base arms which makes it handle a wee bit better. I know i said i'll get pics and video but didn't, but i will soon:D

Dissapointed to hear that.
I hope you still have the note from Bob that was included with the engine?
Put a copy of that in with it explaining that it was he who re-built it and you bought it from me never ran.
I actually still have the original letter I sent with the engine if you require a copy to include with it?

But,
I suppose you still have something for your money..

I'll send it off one of the days, i still have the letter from bob. Im getting fuel this week so ill break in the os and have some fun!
Other than the engine issue its great.

Yes please, that would be a help, send both letters, an engine and then recieve a new engine:) Its the bearings on the front pissing oil, im guessing thats the problems.
Im just ordering new parts for it now on tower, give it a bit of a face lift.
Do you still drive nitro?

No, I dont run Nitro anymore. Sold my sons T-Maxx as well.
Run my sons electric race car now and our two 5th scale Touring cars. Concentrating on trying to for a club down here for racing those now. :cool:

Any update on my old beloved revo?

I am having great fun with my LSP ( See Vectra's Back thread ):D

So much so that I am now debating on giving this one to my son and buying a second one or go and buy a Hong-Nor CRT.


Whichever I buy I will put another force.32 or an OS30.in it.
One other option I notice is a Rossi mamba.21..7 port THIS ONE

I was also offered a pair of revos which was very tempting seeing as I was getting them for close on £300 for the two...!! :eek:

That truggy looks nice, theres a long list of hop ups on it but the two revos for 300:eek: Wow!

That is £300 sterling PLUS delivery..:D

Very tempting but if I got them i'd sell them, when you say acceptable what exactly does that mean and are they RTR with everything minus fuel?
