Is it just me or are these bills getting lower in standard than the ufc 65-69 ones? im not impressed by this at all-i was expecting the overall bills to drop in standard due to higher wages etc.. but that was in the future not straight away.

because they have so many fights in each show it is inevitable that there will be one major fight with relative minnows warming up for them. as it gets more popular the big guns wont want to be in every show and dana wont want them in every show either or else it gets stale for the viewers.

i think the need to do a little re branding and have regular smaller shows monthly and then have the big "UFC 72, 73 , 74's etc" maybe three times yearly i dont know if it would work but it would mean the smaller shows could be free to view getting in the average person who dosnt know what pay per view is and then more people will be interested and pay the pay per view.

now that they have pride they can bring over more big names but that will be a short lived novelty in the grand scheme of things imo and they need to give some serious thought to the longetivity of their brand

Liddell/Rampage alone will sell the card.

Karo/Burkman will be a great fight too.

It's good to see Salaverry back, but the rest of the card is less than impressive.

It could be worse. UFC 72 for example :(

Dont get me wrong-im sure there is no bad fighters on it but in the 65-69 fights i was interested in nearly every fight like as if it was a top billing fight in its own right-ufc 72 looks poor aswell, and you would think they'd try extra hard over here for the 1st time at least.

Hell yeah... Rampage vs. the Iceman will be class.

I always enjoy watching Parysian's fights. The rest are a bit meh.

72 needs to be improved. Kampmann against Franklin won't be a bad fight, but in my opinion it's no headliner. Scott Smith vs. Ed Herman should be good for the TUF fans.

71 looks alright to me, Jardine is supposed to be fighting on it too.
