Brothers behold... no more getting up from the couch or shouting at herself to go to the fridge to fetch you a beer... it's the self-cooling beer barrell.

It contains 15 litres of beer and stays chilled for 12 hours once opened. Should be enough beer to see you through a game from the comfort of the couch The barrell contains an inner barrell with an empty space between. The inner barrell is coated in zeolite and when you open your barrell water vapour is released which reacts with the zeolite causing ice to form on the outside of the inner barrell. This process can take 30-40 mins and will cause the outer barrell to warm up... so don't fret

Cost is irrelevant (don't tell the marketing folks). What price can you put on a device that contains, dispenses AND chills beer all at once? This invention is nearly as good as beer itself.

I think theres though is 20 litres. The pfand for the barrel is around about 50 euros. The only problem is once opened it has to be drunk.

No problem there.........................
