Can anyone tell me if there are any carriers that go to/from Asia (china) in which you can stipulate the amount of luggage that you will bring? I have alot of stuff to bring home and would like to get it paid for before arriving at the airport for reasons i wont go into. otherwise can anyone tell me carriers where the…

Can anyone tell me if there are any carriers that go to/from Asia (china) in which you can stipulate the amount of luggage that you will bring? I have alot of stuff to bring home and would like to get it paid for before arriving at the airport for reasons i wont go into.
otherwise can anyone tell me carriers where the maximum lugggage capacity per person is higher than the usual 20kilos? maybe 30 or 40?

My mother flew to HK to visit me last year, was her first time abroad and she loved the shopping too much. Airline (AirFrance) tried to charge her €900 foe extra luggage!!!! We went to the post office instead and couriered it next day delivery for less than €220, and it was delivered direct to our front door so no lugging it around the airport, busses home etc. Worth checking out?
