I went and bought 2GB's of ram for my laptop ,costing only 100 euro. I notice though that only 500 of it is being used at any one time.
Is there anything I can do ,that would utilise the ram and take advantage of it. I tried to get rid of my Page file ,but it doesn't seem to go anywhere.

I just feel so guilty (Eyes bigger than belly) ,for buying 2GB's

Your machine will use it is it needs it, unless you're running Vista, the average day to day office/music/internet user will not need anywhere remotely near 2gb...
