Im starting a ltd company in 2 weeks. Now im getting equity on my morgage of around 30K but i will be looking to pay this back in a few months rather than pver the 25 years.

But im trying to figure the best way of putting this money into the company so that the company pays the loan monthly along with the interest. I've heard its easy getting money into the company but a just quite hard getting it out.

Another question. What are the procedures for setting myself as an employee of the company.

    Thanks

Buy the book 'Who'd want to be company director' by Mark O'Connell.

    Get yourself an accountant.
They will be able to properly advise you on these matters.
