RYAN AIR booking question

    Hi
    I booked a flight with Ryan Air last night and printed the screen off here at work. I've only just collected the prints and on the first page with the Confirmation Number and flight details - the boxes with the reference and flight details are empty. As in the print out contains the headings but the reference is not on it, yet it was displayed on screen when I finished the booking. I haven't received an email with the itinerary either.
    Has anyone else ever seen this? Is there usually a delay receiving the itinerary? I'm a bit worried about this now as I don't have the flight reference at all.

    Any suggestions? (thanks)

    Sounds like a printer problem.

    The e-mail sometimes takes a few hours to a day to come through.

    Tis a bit of a strange one - though it is the first time I have used that particular printer. Will check for the email later on.

    a couple of times, i never received the email, so i called them just to make sure. They had received the booking, and were able to resend the mail (it came 3 days later)- so just call them to confirm.
