Struggling to find any decent sources on google, so come on, help me out! There are so many great speeches and one-liners in BSG.

    I'll get things started.

Baltar (hearing alarm): "Oh, it's probably just a false alarm. Ignore it, really. You're ok. Honestly, you're fine here, you're safer here really. Please, you're as safe as houses down here, really!"
    *camera crew leaves*
    Baltar: "That's showbiz."

Athena (pointing gun at Adama) "I need you to know something. I'm Sharon but I'm a different Sharon. I know who I am. I don't have hidden protocols or programs lying in wait to be activated. I make my own choices I make my own decisions and I need you to know this is my choice."

Adama: "You can quote me whatever regulation you'd like. I'm not going to let you execute my men."
Cain: "I highly suggest you reconsider that statement Commander."
Fisk: "Admiral, Galactica's launching Vipers and a Raptor."
Cain: "Commander? WHY are you launching Vipers?"
Adama: "Please arrange for Chief Tyrol and Lieutenant Agathon to handed over to my marines as soon as they arrive."
Cain: "I don't take orders from you."
Adama: "Call it whatever you like. I'm getting my men."
Cain: "You are making SUCH a mistake."
    Adama: "I'm getting my men."

Caprica 6: "Look, god loves you."
Boomer (holding photo of herself and deck-gang): "This, is love. These people love me. I love them. I didn't pretend to feel something so I could screw people over. I loved them and then I betrayed them. I shot a man I love, fracked over another man, ruined his life and why? Because I'm a lying machine! I'm a FRACKING CYLON!"

Number 3 (grabs gun away from Anders): "God loves me!"
Caprica 6 (smashes boulder over Number 3's head): "See you again soon!"

Anders (to Caprica 6 and Boomer): "Who are you? What kind of people are you?"
    Caprica 6: "I don't know."

Adama: "You did it because you were engaged."
Starbuck: "Because I made a mistake. Because I just, I was so in love with him... and I let that get in the way of doing my job. He just wanted it so much and I didn't want to be the one who crushed him."
Adama: "Reinstate the trainees to flight-status."
Starbuck: "I will, I uh, but I just, I want you to understand that I -"
    Adama: "Do your job."
    Starbuck: "Yes sir."
Adama: "And walk out of this cabin, while you still can."

Roslin: "Alright. It's military. Fine. And you're both officers, and you're both honorable men, and you're both perfectly aware that you are putting the lives of over 45,000 people and the future of this civilisation at risk... for your personal feelings. Now if the two of you of all people can live with that, then the human race doesn't stand a chance. Clear your heads."

Roslin (looking at the Blackbird): "It's remarkable."
    Tyrol: "It's just a ship ma'am."
Rosilin: "Oh, you're much too modest. After what we've been through, it would be very easy to give up, to lose hope, but not here, not today. This more than a ship Chief, this is an act of faith. It is proof that despite all we've lost, we keep trying, and we will get through this. All of us. Together. I promise."

Tigh: "Permission to come aboard Sir."
Adama: "Permission granted. You did it. You brought 'em home Saul."
    Tigh: "Not all of them."
    Adama: "I'm sorry."
    Crowd (chanting): "Adama, Adama, Adama..."

Tigh: "The ship is under attack. We do our jobs. Report to your stations."
    Tyrol: "Report to stations?"
Tigh: "My name is Saul Tigh. I am an officer in the Colonial Fleet. Whatever else I am, whatever else it means, that's the man I want to be. And if I die today, that's the man I'll be."

And the mother of all monologues :)

Apollo (about Baltar): "Did the defendant make mistakes? Sure, he did. Serious mistakes, but did he actually commit any crimes, did he commit treason, no. I mean it was an impossible situation, when the Cylons arrived what could he possibly do, what could anyone have done? I mean ask yourselves, what would you have done? What would you have done? If he had refused to surrender the Cylons would have probably nuked the planet right then and there. So did he appear to co-operate with the Cylons? Sure. So did hundreds of others. What's the difference between him and them?

The president issued a blanket pardon. They were all forgiven, no questions asked. Colonel Tigh, Colonel Tigh used suicide bombers, killed dozens of people. Forgiven. Lieutenant Agathon and Chief Tyrol, they murdered an officer on the Pegasus. Forgiven. The Admiral, the Admiral instigated a military coup d'etat against the President... Forgiven. And me? Well, where do I begin. I shot down a civilian passenger ship, the Olympic Carrier, over a thousand people on-board. Forgiven. I raised my weapon to a superior officer, committed an act of mutiny, forgiven. And then on the very day when Baltar surrendered to those Cylons, I as commander of Pegasus jumped away, I left everybody on that planet alone, undefended for months! I even tried to persuade the Admiral never to return, to abandon you all there for good. If I'd had my way, nobody would have made it off that planet. I'm the coward, I'm the traitor, I am forgiven.

I'd say we're very forgiving of mistakes. We make our own laws now, our own justice, and we've been pretty creative to find ways to let people off the hook, for everything, from theft to murder, and we've had to be. Because, because we're not a civilisation anymore. We are a gang, and we're on the run and we have to fight to survive. We have to break rules, we have to bend laws, we HAVE to improvise. But not this time, no. Not this time. Not for Gaius Baltar. No, you, you have to die. You have to die because, well, because we don't like you very much. Because you're arrogant, because you're weak, because you're a coward, and we the mob want to throw you out the airlock because you didn't stand up the Cylons and get yourself killed in the process. That's justice now. You should have been killed back on New Caprica, but because you had the temerity to live we're gonna execute you now. That's justice."
    Judge: "Order, order!"
Apollo: "This case, this case is built on emotion. On anger, bitterness, vengeance, but most of all it is built on shame. It's about the shame, of what we did to ourselves back on that planet. It's about the guilt, of those of us who ran away, who ran away. And we are trying to dump all that guilt, and all that shame, onto one man, and then flush him out the airlock and hope that that just gets rid of it all, so that we can live with ourselves. But that won't work, that won't work. That's not justice, not to me, not to me."
    Lampkin: "No further questions."

One of my absolute favourites fro the whole series....

(The Galactica is preparing to jump to New Caprica and begin the rescue)

Adama: This is the Admiral. You've heard the news, you know the mission. You should also know there is only one way that this mission ends: and that's with the sucessful rescue of our people, off of New Caprica. Look around you. Take a good look at the men and women that stand next to you. Remember their faces, for one day you will tell your children and your grandchildren that you served with such men and women as the universe has never seen. And together, you'll accomplish the feat that will be told and retold down through the ages, and find immortality as only the gods once knew. I'm proud to serve with you. Good hunting.

    Simply awesome! :)

Cheers for that. Some of the quotes are slightly off and it's missing a lot of good ones but it's still pretty cool.

[From the extended episode: After receiving library tapes from Pegasus.]
Lt. Felix Gaeta: You got any porn?

lol! I must get a hold of the extended version of Pegasus.

Indeed :) Adama's motivational speeches are legend. I love the one at the end of Home Part One too, short but class.

Doc Cottle has some great one liners:

Doc Cottle: Jaw set nicely. You're done here. I'm kicking you out of here and sending you back to work.
Cally: [muffled, with her jaw immobilized] Work? Like this?
Doc Cottle: You gotta love a woman who can complain even with her jaw wired shut.

Roslin: Doctor, I need your help, but it's illegal, dangerous, and a violation of your oath as an officer.
Doctor Cottle: You're a lousy salesman.

Cain:Adama has taken us over the edge.

    Tyrol:What if i'm a cylon?
    Caball:You're not a cylon.
    Tyrol:How do you know?
Caball:Because i'm a cylon, and i've never seen you at any of the meetings.

    Tyrol:Welcome back Mr. President.

    Gauis:Butterfingers!! *Referring to Felix*

Thought the "As of this moment...." speech was great. Italicised the really good bit. :D

Adama: This is the Commander. Moments ago, this ship received word of a Cylon attack against our homeworlds is under way. We do not know the size or the disposition or the strength of the enemy forces, but all indications point to a massive assault against Colonial defenses. Admiral Nagala has taken personal command of the Fleet aboard the battlestar Atlantia following the complete destruction of Picon Fleet Headquarters in the first wave of the attacks. "How? Why?" doesn't really matter now. What does matter is that as of this moment, we are at war. You've trained for this. You're ready for this. Stand to your duties, trust your fellow shipmates, and we'll all get through this. Further updates as we get them. Thank you.

    Some Season 3 favourites....

    From the opener, Occupation:

Tigh: I know you're wonderin', so I'll save you the trouble; the eye is gone. They ripped it out onto the floor and showed it to me. Looked like a hard boiled egg.

    From the same episode:

Tyrol: ...You know, we need to figure out who's side we're on.

Tigh: Which side are we on? We're on the side of the demons, Chief. We're evil men in the gardens of paradise, sent by the forces of death to spread devastation and destruction wherever we go.

    From episode 5, Collaborators:

Tigh: (shouting at Gaeta) Hey! Look at me! As long as you're here, maybe you can help me out. I'm missing something. I lost it in detention. Since you're so buddy-buddy with the Cylons, maybe you know where it is. How about it? Do you know where my eye is?

And from episode 20, Crossroads Pt. II:

[Lee sees an unknown ship, then sees Starbuck in a viper flying beside him]
    Starbuck: Hi Lee.
    Lee: Kara?
Starbuck: *laughs* Don't freak out, it really is me. *laughs again* It's gonna be okay, I've been to Earth, I know where it is. And I'm gonna take us there.

Season 4 and muthafrackin' Col. Tigh can't return soon enough :D

I've just been re-watching Lay Down Your Burdens Part 1, and I just love the 10 minute long opening. It's such a brilliant, sombre series of scenes.

Baltar Six: I know it's hard to believe right now, but if you have faith, everything will turn out exactly as it should.
Baltar: I don't like to lose.
    Baltar Six: Have faith.
Baltar: I am about to face public humiliation, and you are singing the same old song. I'm a little tired of the melody.

Apollo: No one has ever attempted a rescue from this distance, much less behind enemy lines. You'll be making history just by making the attempt. But bringing these people back from Caprica, and you'll be making part of the future.
