Possibly. Did you not get a tracking number?

If they manage to put the right address on it (not a given), you should have it Friday or Monday.

If they forget to put the 'Dublin' part on the address, as they did with my most recent purchase, you could be looking at longer.

If you go to their site and open their Customer Care bit (top right of the page), you'll have a tracking number in there.

Agreed. They sent my last order to Tallow (Waterford) instead of Tallaght.

Be sure to inspect the item once it arrives and BEFORE you sign for it. I'd a recent incident with a €700 speaker that was damaged and they refused to take it back as it was signed for. In the end they took it back as the signature wasn't mine.

thing is - I'm in an apartment block and I'll have to go down to the gate to pick it up. So, I can't really open it up there at the gate to check it before i sign for it, and yer man prob won't want me bringing it up to the apartment to check it before signing....mmmmm

and it's coming to Clane - hope they don't send it to Clare !!...

By 'inspect', all you need to do is look at the package for visible signs of damage or mishandling. It would be impractical to actually open the box and turn on whatever it is, no delivery driver will wait for that before getting a signature anyway.

Simply put 'box damaged' where you sign if there is any. Just smoothens out any claim.
