Need Help with old motorcycle

    I recently bought a Yamaha 50 motorbike and Im trying to restore it to its former glory (its in pretty bad shape) anyway there is no number plate on the bike and no chassis number...all I can get is a code from the engine and I want to register it but dont have a registration certificate or book as the lad who sold it to me didnt have it. Any ideas how I can register it without these details
