Flash Video (FLV) converter?

    Hello all.

    I'm curious if anyone knows of a good free converter which will convert .flv files into either avi or wmv format?

    I tried this one here called Media Converter which seemed to do the trick but when I ended up playing the file it had sound but no picture.

    I'm eager to know if anyone has found a free converter which works handy enough for them.
