I have personally come across this problem but mostly with Amstrad Sky + Boxes and sky claimed it was a software issue. However I haven't seen an Amstrad Sky + for a while but have come across the same issue on earlier editions of the Sky HD decoders.

Have you tried the housekeeping options on your Sky + box to clean up the harddrive or forced a software upgrade???

Yeah, Planner Rebuild might be worth a try (Not Full System RESET!)

Will try the full re-build - Must be a Pace box - was installed last December!

The easiest way to find out the manufacturer of your box is to:

    Press Services on your remote
    Select option 4
    Then select option 5

Let us know if you have any luck

It's actually an Amstrad box - Can you tell me how to planner rebuild?

Thought it might be on the menus - but didn't see it

    Press (in this order):
    Services, 4, 0, 1, Select.

This will bring you to the Installers menu. Choose Option 7: Sky+ Planner Rebuild.
