Copying rows in TOAD

    Hey all,

    I am tring to copy the table of data returned from a query into an excel spreadsheet but i cannot for the life of me even select them all in toad or even copy one row. Its a freeware version of TOAD, anybody any ideas, very much appreciated.

    Right click on the results and click save as, choose tab as the delimeter and save to a file
    Then just copy and paste this into a spreadsheet

    The export icon is the small, blue thingy in the top-left of the data grid, see attached.

    Export as csv to get it into Excel. You can click the "Launch file after creation" to automatically fire up Excel with the data in it.
