    Just rang sky. It seems they've outsourced their customer services Dept. to India. Nightmare stuff! I couldn't understand the agent, the agent couldn't understand me. they could find my details even after having to call out me address numerous times using phonetic alphabet. I called back a number of times with same result. It's so stressful.
    I believe this kind of thing is known as " The race to the bottom"

    Sky have outsourced for years. This is nothing new. I always found the Scottish center hard to understand also.
