Recover Excel sheet protection password

    Excel > Tools > Protection > Unprotect Sheet

    Any freeware applications that would recover this for me? I've googled but got a load of shareware which either doesn't work or wants money from me.

    Although if the file was of critical importance surely paying a few bob to unlock would be worth while?

    I have no way to confirm if the paid solutions that came up on google will do what I want. I don't like blindly paying for software from websites and domains I've not heard of.

    If you can suggest a reasonably priced one that you know will do what I want for sure please let me know :)
