Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Okay I'm disappointed that this event never happened as it would have generated some temproary extra interest in the forum and helped form a talking point.

    I'd like to publically thank DEmeant0r (the artist formerly known as Senritsu) for his efforts. It's strange because there was a lot of interest shown initially (probably enough to book about 8-10 lanes!) and then when the date was set it never happened.

    Anyway, thanks again man, I think next time we'll just set a date about 2 months in advance and ask for sign-ins, then a week before the event, ask for confirmations and go from there.

    Either that or advertise it as a Boards Beers and then tell them at the last minute that the beers will be held in a bowling alley...:D
