Just did a search for Skyline R35 in google to reveal some concept Skyline, but never heard of it in production.

They are still making new ones.

They are jap/USA only so its an import.

The GTR won't be named skyline either.

http://www.nissan.co.jp/ for the new Skyline - 12th Generation was launched in Japan on 22 November 2006. Presume the advert is for a newly imported model. Has the new Nissan V6 3.5L with 315 horsepower. Japanese equivalent of the US Infiniti G35. 50th anniversary of the Skyline in 2007.

ye they're ok, a guy I work with has the saloon version... the coupe has some power in it... but it's not a boy racer car!

    here's the saloon - http://www.japaneseusedcars.com/auction/stock/detail_nissan-AuctionNo-WCA50327.html

Its basically an infinity G35, its sold in the states as this, I believe its renamed for sale in Europe and possibly Japan. Infinity will begin selling in Europe next year I think. I think the G35 shares some parts with the Nissan 350Z. The next gen skyline looks like this but has more power.

I think I have read that there is a G37 coming at the end of 2008 (when there are going to be Infiniti dealerships in Europe)

this chassis is only starting to get some recognition, proberbly due to the media attention and r&d the top secret car got, its a good platform for tunning.
