New dvd drive

    Hi guys,

    I recently broke my dvd drive on my hp lapton and i was qouted 385euro by Compupac (where i purchased it) to get a new one. Im no expert but this seems very expensive, i thought it would have cost about 50euro.

    Am I wrong in thinking that?

    Robbery. The drive will cost around 60euro and fit it yourself for nothing. It's simple to do and doesn't involve opening up the machine. 5 minute job for a tech, 10 minutes for an amatuer.
