New Graphics card

So... The nasty people at overclockers.co.uk have decided to finally refund me my money. 275€

Now what i am looking for is a new graphics card, this is for my opty 170 rig. I have a extra 100€ to go with it. So 375€ for something new. Im not sure weather to get a 8800gts 320 or a x1950xtx. The reason im favouring the ati is because i can use it for folding..

I really cant choose between them, even thouhg the 8800gts should be faster then the 1950xtx....but....dammit

oh and sorry not much help on the new card but imo nvidia is the better choice.

Cant go wrong with an 8800GTX

But personally I would have waited and seen how the ATI 2900XT fairs regardless of the benchmarks on DailyTech if is performs the same and is cheaper than the GTX it would be a good buy. May 16th is the launch date or close to that date with a hard launch of the 2900XT part.

I just picked up an BFG 8800 GTX(OC) for around 400 euro on ebay - id say ebay is the best solution tbh - ive seen 8800 GTSs go for 230 euro also

i wanted the evga one sor the simpel reason it has a lifetime warrenty. and they send you a new card before you send one back to them.
