Weather loop

I've seen a few people mention putting in a weather loop when cabling a dish, I don't think my sky installer did it. As I'm going to be rewiring (quad lnb for sky+), I want to put one in, is it just a loop in the cable near the dish to stop water, or what is it?

    Thanks

If you mean a drip loop, its a U-shaped bend in the cable just below where it enters the house. Its not at the dish end.

All makes sense now, just to stop the water from actually dripping into the house, I shall do that. thanks
