Cage Rage Thread removed

    Just to let you know that the Cage Rage thread has been deleted. Unfortunately it is an MCD promoted event and we cannot allow discussion about MCD or any MCD related event as per the sticky threads on every forums here at boards.ie.

    I am sure the majority of you will know the background to this decision but for those that do not we made this decision last year on the advice of our solicitors. I hope you can understand our position on this and hope that it does not spoil your enjoyment of the forum.

    I would gladly reinstate the thread if MCD are not associated with the event. The splash page you linked to in the original post clearly shows the MCD logo in the bottom right and it is also advertised as an upcoming event on the MCD website.

    So if there was some way that we could get confirmation that MCD is not associated with the event we can open the thread again.

    Closing these threads really goes against what boards is about, but we have no option.
