First off, ruling Q. Blinds are 400/800, ss goes in for 1500, folded to me in the sb, am I allowed to raise?

    2.

    28k
    10.2k

    blinds 800/1500

I'm in the sb with k4o, I open raise to 4.5k, she goes all in for 5700 more. I call (?)

    3.

    1/2 nl.

I only have 130 or so at this point. villain covers, appears to be the best of a bad bunch. somewhat of a thinking playa. haven't got many hands in with him. haven't seen him min raise before.

I've a tight image. a couple of hands previously I had ak and raised pf, but didn't c-bet the flop, and it got shown-down.

make it 12 with AA in mp, get the obligatory 4 or so callers.

    pot~(48)

    Flop
    10 8 8 r

    I bet 30 washers.

    co min-raises.

everyone else folds, I ponder and call.

    Turn ~ (168)

    Q

I check, he looks at my stack and bets enough to put me all-in, he looks pretty strong and confident. I call obviously.

this was a no brainer at the time, but say we're 2-300bbs deep. would anyone consider folding, say if the turn bet was 100/150?

    4,

    1/2 nl.

pretty deep at this stage of the night. villain is Jim Delaney, if anyone knows him. tight, very experienced, steals pots but never gets caught doing it. over-bets pots a lot.

I make it 12 to go in the hijack with kqsooooted.

Jim calls in on the button, co comes along.

    Flop:

    aj6r

    we all check.

    Turn

    x

    check.

    River 9
    we check.

    Jim bets 35.

    I call (?)

    1. yes
    2. yes, though I just open shove.
    3. If he bet the turn, after the only draw came in on a paired board and I got 4 callers preflop, then I would fold if much deeper. Unless i saw him doing stupid stuff.
    4. Yeah against the right oppoent, if nothing else its fun.

    1 yes

2 ye , i thinkyour just deep enough to risk this amount

3 i would consider folding if deeper. you should really make your decision on the flop tho

4 well you read says he bluffs at these sorta pots so call i guess

i don't really have a read that he steals these sort of pots, I haven't played with the guy in about six months, it's just that an psb after every street's been checked doesn't really look like a vb to me. maybe he's leveling me tho...he added in some speechplay that I was meant to be an experienced player now after all my time in the fitz/online.

1 - yes, of course, you haven't enterend the pot yet, so there is no underraise rule in place for you yet if you get me

2 - call - getting great odds, probably 1 over to a pp, or hopefuly 2 live cards to Ax - btw i don't like the open shove like others are suggesting - i looks weaker

3 - no - there are so many hands you are ahead of - unless you got a v good read on him

    - tricky!! - you really should have bet the turn - i'd say your good, anyone with an ace wudda bet the turn - he's probably just takin it down with sc's

agree here, you havent acted yet in the first so why couldnt you raisE?
2)i agree with bops a raise is much better, so long as you call the push, as i think you have more FE with a raise, and he had the off-chance of bluff RRAI which you will be calling.

    4) never.

    1. I raised and took out the ss, I was just wondering after the hand if I should have been allowed, no one was sure at the time.

    2. she had k10o which held up, everyone had a good laugh at that one. 3 times i had hands like this, dam shallow stacked tournies!

    3. he had k10o, he said something about repping the 8 and that's how he'd play it etc etc, i kinda thought that's what he was doing, still might have gotten away with it if i'd been deeper. the river came a k and the whole table groaned.

I lol'd. playing live is great.

    4. the co woke up with q9s to scoop it. jim didn't turn over his cards and I was too polite to ask to see them.

he mumbled that he should have bet 70, and we wouldn't have called. i asked was my k-high goot and he shook his head.

asked him about it afterwards and he replied he had 77, expecting me to call light. I dunno, i think I was ahead and he just didn't want to admit it :)

hand 2: if you're going to call there then openpushing is much, much better.

this happened me in the Jackpot one day, I have AA in the BB 3 limper and i raise it to 600, one caller, a guy from college. always thinks im at it...
flop is KT9 i bet 1000 he makes it 2500 and i shove for 6K, he thinks for about 5 secs and calls with KQ. turn is a Queen and rivers a T, he shouts yes yes, and then i explain how ive just knocked him out...twas great!
