You'll need to set up an account on the other person's PC. This involves providing your incoming and outgoing mail server, e-mail address, username, passwords. You can get all this by viewing your current setup. IIRC, it's Tools --> Options in OE. Just be sure not to save your password or else the other user will be able to read your mail.

You can delete the account you created when you're done if it's only a temporary thing. If it's a long-term thing, it may be better to have the administrator create a new user account for you to avoid such problems.

Depending on your provider, new mail may be downloaded to the other PC and you might not be able to get the same messages on your own PC later in OE. This is far from ideal if the mail is very important.

It may be better to use check your mail online instead if your provider allows you.
