MP3 Trouble

I have a song on my mp3(creative muvo) that I can't delete and I can't skip it meaning I can't listen to anything that comes after it on the play list. I've tried several times to delete it but it just reappears, how do I get rid of it?

Try backing up all of your music and then restoring (erasing all data) the muvo via the firmware
