Estate Agents and False Advertising

    If you encounter what you consider false advertising (of any nature) on an estate agents website/brochure you are entitled to complain to the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland. They have recently upheld a number of complaints either in part or in full against estate agents such as for example.
