I recently got a close up look at the dish on the tree the cable on the house in the background is actually coming from the dish if you look closely at the window between the fork of the tree you will see the 2 cables coming from the dish at an angle.

OMG someone actually drilled a dish bracket straight onto a caravan, that is both shocking and disturbing that someone could do that and live with themselves after it, I for one take great pride in my work...and its cowboys that do installs like that, that gives the rest of us a bad name.

I was out doing broadband installs in Co.Limerick the other day when I spotted this one from the corner of my eye and nearly crashed from shok...I heard incorrect bracketry being used but never a install which was missing a chimney..so I couldnt resist taking a pic for you all to see lol...

WTF is going on there?! Jaysus!

And how could you really attach a dish to a caravan securely? IMO, you can't!

That chimney job was probably a DIY effort.

Yes, I'd imagine so. House owner missed the TV (or wife did ) so he stuck it up there in order to have something to view.

You CAN attach a dish to Mobile Home/Caravan, but I'd say most people inc installers don't know how to do it. Also it needs an earth wire to earth spike if on Timber building/Caravan/Mobile to avoid build up of static damaging LNB. More of a problem in dryer parts of USA than here though.
