Theres actually a few items in Dublin castle ,that have substantial sugnificance that aren't marked as being so.

An old dear ,from the inner city who knows bertie ahern as a young lad ,told me about a few items there that upon closer inspection ,show a different story.

It's a list of all the volunteers from the Special Olympics 2003 ... so probably not a memorial in the usual idea of the word, but I can how someone'd make that mistake

now ... tell the truth sinead, did you take that exact picture because there's a 'bosco' front and centre ?!?

Actually there was no following (or 'stalking' as some people have referred to it) going on ! honest ! Theres the 'film lag' to consider ... shoot a roll of 36 ... get them developed ... scan ... post ... I think I took those last weekend sometime. I got a couple of good ones of those multicolored buildings inside the castle ground aswell. This all came as a revelation to me because, although I've lived in the city centre for the last 16 years or so, I've never set foot inside the ground of dublin castle. Imagine !

Ah, you know me too well :)

Actually I've lived in dublin most of my life and today was a total revelation to me too. Who'd have thought it!

Ah, great minds obviously think alike ... Or maybe we all ought to find other places to photograph. I really need to learn how to drive ...
