Hi, I've heard about this PS2linux on many sites on the net. Is there any way I can run a distro of linux from the CD on the PS2? Or could I install a Hard Drive etc,But I dont want to buy the linux kit. So what can I do? thanks

Alas there's no linux on your ps2, you can run linux on your ps3 though, it has a hard drive already.

you can run a lot of different distros on your ps3 and they're all free, just burn an iso to cd, pop it in your ps3 and off you go (though it is a bit more complicated than that)
