Hotmail Inbox disorganised

    We have two hotmail accounts. One is okay where all the emails are in date order. the other is totally disorganised in no particular order whatsoever. to give an example a ne email sent today can be "buried" amidst emails that are months old.
    I've tried to change setting etc but can't find out how
    Anyone got any idea?

    I'm not sure but I'd imagine you should.....

    Make sure that your messages are organised by date and not size....just click on "Date" at the top of the date column, and make sure little arrow is pointing down.
