Adtive Directory not showing printers

Hi folks, I am working on a network that has a number of network printers. However when I go to add a printer on any PC and click on find printers (under the directory) it doesnt display the printers. Any idea why this would be? I can add them by typing in the network path, but cannot see them in the directory. Thanks.
