.svg files?

I have an image I could really do with putting into a college presentation, it's a chemical structure so it's quite important... The only place I can find it is on wikimedia http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Lapatinib.svg but I can't open or use .svg files (never even heard of them before now!). On a mac, not sure if that makes a difference. Does anyone have a way of getting round it? I have a program that can take snapshots of things and tried that but it's a bit grainy so when it's projected on a big screen I doubt anyone would be able to interpret it.

    Thanks for any help

EDIT: Not quite sure how I managed it but now have a version of the image as a .svg.png file (no clue what that is either btw), but when I copy and paste it all I get is a big black box :(

After a brief search on Google, CorelDRAW can open it, as can Paintshop Pro, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.

Firefox supports SVG use the Mac version to view it then save as a PNG, whatever program your using to author the presentation may not support PNG's though so you might have to convert to JPG.

I'm using Powerpoint, and had got as far as converting it to a JPG, but it just converts it into a big black box. I hate computers sometimes

I converted the file to a JPG for you in Photoshop (easier then giving instructions :) ) so here is the download link.
