eircoms outsourcing is beyond ridiculous

    I have had 4 calls from various eircom script jockeys with crap english in the past month and made one call to broadband support which ended up with a script jockey in Bangalore , again not with the best english .

    Surely its time for us to support companies that can maintain a relationship with their customers ( or potential customers) IN either of the national languages . Next thing the banks will go down this road .

    Its a matter of cost. Until people choose companies because of the quality of their support then companies will continue to run support as low cost as they can.

    In fairness to Digiweb and BT and Magnet , their non Irish staff can speak English well .

    as for eircom and IBB and Dell :(
