    Hello there... :confused:

    Ok smart techno people, plz help me out...

    Got chorus digital the other day...everything works fine, good reception etc.

    But the thing is the ...chorus decoder is automatically set on the AV1 button on my TV remote control.....but my DVD recorder is also set on the AV1 button which causes confusion when im switching between machines.

    Now i tried to tune the chorus decoder (through the TV) in manually so as to save it onto another button other than AV1 but the chorus decoder channel could'nt be found.

    So what i want to know is ...is there a way of over-riding the AV1 setting??

    Please give your advice in laymans english...as i'm not techno savvy :confused:

    Thanks Phil.

    Connect DVD Recorder to VCR SCART on Chorus box and TV to TV Scart on Chorus box.

    OR
    Open the SCART plug of DVD or Chorus and cut wire to pin 8. This also kills automatic widescreen switching.

    0V = SCART inactive
    5V = ws/16:9 active
    12V = 4:3 active

    The Chorus box only has RF loop through, no RF out. SCART only out.
